Kaddish Terms & Conditions

  1. Kaddish will be recited, provided that the Kaddish purchase is completed no later than 48 hours prior to the deceased’s anniversary date of passing.

  2. Kaddish will be recited in Lithuania by an Orthodox Jewish man.

  3. Kaddish is a Jewish spiritual prayer and therefore can only be recited for Jewish males and females.

  4. Lita Lives will rely solely on the information (dates, names) supplied by the purchaser, with regard to the accuracy and date on which Kaddish will be recited.

  5. This purchase is non-refundable.

  6. Kaddish will be recited for the deceased throughout the anniversary date of their passing (evening, morning and afternoon prayers).

  7. This purchase is for one Jewish calendar year’s Kaddish, and would need to be repurchased for subsequent Jewish calendar years.

  8. Changes or errors in the personal or deceased’s details can be sent to Lita Lives via our contact page. Lita Lives will endeavour to accommodate changes, provided that the changes are received no later than 48 hours prior to the deceased’s anniversary date of passing.

  9. Lita Lives will send confirmation to the purchaser (and other persons, if specified) once Kaddish has been recited in Lithuania.
